Section boundaries

Section 1 covers the first 166 homes northeast of Benfield Boulevard and includes Rustling Oaks Drive plus the following courts:

• Wood Shadows Court

Section 2 lies south of Benfield Boulevard and west to Benfield Road. It includes Scarlet Oak Drive, Oak Stump Drive, Live Oak Drive, Gambel Oak, Broadleaf Court, Box Elder Circle, Severncrest Road, Ironwood Court (off Oak Stump Drive), and two homes on West Benfield Road.
